Where to create a simple free website without spending a dime?

Go to www.webs.com to create a simple free easy website. This web hosting service is perfect for beginners and has an easy to use site builder. This service is also nice for people practicing on how to make one. I started on this service when I first was developing my first website. I've been looking at other programs to create one, but this seems to be the best out of beginning website building. You have other alternatives like weebly.com, and ucoz.com, but those are a bit too unprofessional or too difficult. Weebly for example is a bit unprofessional and a little too simple, however webs is just about as simple but has alot more cool stuff to design your site with, while ucoz.com has alot more complicated stuff on there. The only thing about webs.com that I don't like is that their domains and premium services are way too expensive for what they offer, but their free plan is definatly worth checking out! There are alot other companies to create free websites besides freewebs/webs, but for the best free deal, probably webs. Another thing I like about webs is that it's so customizable! I can't believe how simple and fast it is with their tools!
